Buying a firearm online? M&M Guns & Supplies makes your transfer process simple, secure, and hassle-free.

FFL Transfers – How It Works:

1. Purchase Your Firearm
Buy from your preferred retailer and select M&M Guns & Supplies in St. Peters, MO as your FFL dealer at checkout.
We only accept firearm shipments from other licensed FFL dealers.

2. Shipment & Notification
Your firearm is shipped to us. Once it arrives and is logged in, we’ll contact you.

3. In-Store Paperwork
Bring a valid government-issued ID with your current Missouri address and complete ATF Form 4473.

4. Background Check
We run your background check through the FBI’s NICS system (most are approved within minutes).

5. Pickup
After approval, pay the transfer fee and take your firearm home.

New firearm transfer fee $50.00 per serial number.

Pre-Owned firearm, stripped reciever or frame $35.00 per serial number. 

NFA Transfers (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.)

We also assist with NFA item transfers and paperwork.

1. Purchase Your NFA Item
Buy from a licensed dealer and have it shipped to M&M Guns & Supplies (FFL/SOT required).

2. Complete ATF Paperwork
We use Silencer Shop for all ATF paperwork and we can help with this process.

3. Tax Stamp Submission
Submit your application.

4. ATF Approval Process
Approval times vary and can take several months.

5. Final Transfer & Pickup
Once approved, we’ll contact you to complete the final paperwork and pick up your NFA item and pay your NFA Transfer fee of $150.00.
