Please read these terms carefully. By entering our store, browsing our website, or purchasing any firearm, ammunition, or accessory from M&M Guns and Supplies, you agree to the policies and terms outlined below.

Sales & Returns Policy

• All firearm, ammunition, and chemical sales are final.
• Non-firearm, non-ammunition, and non-chemical items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• Any firearm placed on delay (per federal or state requirements) must be paid in full at the time of the transaction.
• Special orders placed in-store require a minimum 25% deposit; special orders placed online must be paid in full at checkout.
• All special order deposits and payments are non-refundable, and orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if cancelled after the order has been placed.
• Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

4. Background Checks All firearm sales are subject to a required federal background check (NICS). We rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the buyer, and M&M Guns and Supplies LLC is not responsible for false or misleading information supplied during that process.

5. No Warranties or Guarantees All products are sold "as is." We make no express or implied warranties, including — but not limited to — warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

6. Indemnification By purchasing from M&M Guns and Supplies, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless M&M Guns and Supplies LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the possession or use of products purchased from us.
